"Don't get them wet, keep them out of bright light, and never, ever feed them after midnight."
Iconic horror-comedy GREMLINS turns 40 this year! To celebrate, Flatpack Festival is hosting this special screening for all ages, encouraging parents/guardians and children to enjoy this experience together. Dr. Catherine Lester from the University of Birmingham and Dr. Kate Egan from Northumbria University are currently conducting research on the connection between childhood and the horror genre and would love to hear from you about your experience together after the screening. Being experts when it comes to horror, they'll be able to answer any questions about the film you might have, including how it went from being rated 15 back in 1984 to being just a 12A today.
This screening is presented in partnership with Into Film, and we're delighted to offer free tickets for all attendees under 18.
